When will my order be shipped?

Any order placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually ship the same or the day after. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM PST or on a weekend, your order will process within 1-2 business days. 

What shipping services are available?

GLOBAL POST Standard International (11-21 business days - Limited TRACKING): This option is only available for orders less than 4 lbs. It is the slowest shipping option with limited tracking information. If you don’t have time to wait for your order to arrive we will not recommend this service since it can take between 1-3 weeks.

FEDEX International Connect Plus (6-10 business days - Include package Tracking1): We recommend this service for faster shipping where UPS Worldwide Expedited is not available. Fedex offers a comprehensive tracking system at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html 

UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days - Include package tracking!): This option is usually the fastest international shipping option. You can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system at https://www.ups.com/track

 

FREE SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over USD150. If you select free shipping, we will select the most affordable shipping option to your destination.

IMPORTANT: Import Taxes

You will not pay U.S. taxes for your international order; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs duties, VAT taxes (if applicable), and possible customs brokerage and handling fees. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide an estimate of those charges. Some countries additionally charge customs duties and/or VAT taxes on the value of the shipping cost. We recommend that you contact your local post/customs office to get more information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges and return shipping charges will be billed to you by TRU PRO (Tier One Sports, DBA). Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible, whether the package is delivered to you or not.

TRU PRO will NOT issue a credit or a refund in cases where the package is not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal, or abandonment.

Do you offer rush shipping?

The fastest shipping option we currently offer globally is UPS Worldwide Expedited which usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

How can I track my package?

If you decided to create a TRU PRO account during your purchase, you can find the tracking information by logging into your account.

Once your order is shipped, we send out an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you did not see this email in your inbox.

My tracking number shows the package was delivered but I did not receive it.

Our recommendation is to talk to your mailman and/or postal service immediately. Once we hand the package to a delivery service, we have no control over your package. Thus, we will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows a successful delivery! Therefore, the responsibility to retrieve the package or receive a refund (in case of a lost or stolen item where delivery tracking shows a successful delivery) falls between the customer and the shipping service used for delivery.
