Any order placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually ship the same or the day after. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM PST or on a weekend, your order will process within 1-2 business days.
USPS First Class Mail Intl (11-21 business days - NO TRACKING): This option is only available for orders less the 4lbs. It is the slowest shipping option with very limited tracking information. If you don’t have time to wait for your order to arrive, we will not recommend this service since it can take between 1-3 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: Since this service does NOT offer tracking within the country of destination, we will NOT be able to confirm but assume the successful delivery of your package.
UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days - Include package tracking!): This option is fast and reliable. You can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. UPS offers a comprehensive tracking system at https://www.ups.com/track

You will not pay U.S. taxes for your international order; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties, and/or taxes! Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide an estimate of those charges. We recommend contacting your local post/customs office to receive more information.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges and return shipping charges will be billed to you by TRU PRO (Tier One Sports, DBA). Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.
TRU PRO (Tier One Sports, DBA) will NOT issue a credit or a refund in cases where the package is not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal, or abandonment.
The fastest shipping option we currently offer globally is UPS Worldwide Expedited which usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Our recommendation is to talk to your mailman and/or postal service immediately. Once we hand the package to a delivery service, we have no control over your package. Thus, we will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows a successful delivery! Therefore, the responsibility to retrieve the package or receive a refund (in case of a lost or stolen item where delivery tracking shows a successful delivery) falls between the customer and the shipping service used for delivery.
