IMPORTANT:

When you checkout, we charge for the cost of products and shipping. The final price before placing the order does NOT include customs and brokerage fees.

Since those charges depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the country you reside in, the cost of products you purchase, and the shipping service you select, we will not be able to provide you with specific information.

Before you place an order on our website, please contact a.) the customs office in your country and b.) the shipping service provider (USPS, UPS, etc.) for additional information on those charges.

ORDER SECURITY:

To protect the security of our customers, authorization information may be required for international purchases. If needed, we will contact you by email for additional information within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Please reply to any requests at your earliest convenience to avoid processing delays or cancellation of the order.

Tier One Sports reserves the right to prohibit shipment to any international address with a history of fraudulent orders or customs and delivery issues. If delivery to a hotel is requested, Tier One Sports will require the customer to assume all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. Tier One Sports will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned parcels do not qualify for retrieval or a refund. If a customer refuses to accept delivery, Tier One Sports will charge the customer for shipping costs, return shipping costs, and all other expenses that might be required in such a situation.

RETURNS:

You are welcome to return any item purchased from Tier One Sports. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received (unused and unopened, original packaging, original tags, etc.). If Tier One Sports can confirm the product's condition, we will offer a full refund for the product cost ONLY; ALL other costs (including but not limited to return shipping cost, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc.) are non-refundable. Those costs will be subtracted from the original charge.
