("Social Media Accounts"), you automatically agree to these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

The following rules apply to all our Sweepstakes if not otherwise specified on the Sweepstakes landing page on our Website or Social Media Accounts. Information that is specific to the Sweepstakes, will be announced on the landing pageWebsite or Social Media Accounts.
Sweepstakes are open to legal residents globally, if not otherwise specified, who sign up on our Website or Social Media Accounts. Entrants must be 16 years of age or older as of their date of entry to qualify if not otherwise defined on the landing page of our Website or Social Media Accounts. All Sweepstakes are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and voice where prohibited by law. TRU RPO’s employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are ineligible to participate in those Sweepstakes.
The administrator/sponsor is TRU PRO (Tier One Sports, DBA) (“Sponsor”), located at 4640 Cass Street #99720, San Diego, CA 92109. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these official rules and described on the landing page for the Sweepstakes on our Website or Social Media Accounts
By entering a Sweepstake, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering a Sweepstakes You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Sweepstakes.
The entry period is defined on the landing page of our Website of the Sweepstakes or Social Media Accounts. Without an official entry period announcement, entry to the Sweepstake is officially closed if it is explicitly stated on the landing page of our Website of the Sweepstakes or Social Media Accounts, the URL to the Sweepstakes landing page or entry from has been disabled and/or the Sweepstakes has been taken off the Social Media Accounts. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, Entrant must submit their requested information through the landing page of our Website of the Sweepstakes or Social Media Accounts. Entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
Official ways to enter are dependent on the Sweepstake. 1. Sweepstakes that are sponsored on our Website usually require submitting an entry online by completing a form on the landing page of the Sweepstake. 2. Sweepstakes that are hosted on a Social Media Account will define rules for entry on the respective Social Media Account. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during the promotion period if not specifically stated otherwise on the landing page or social media account for the Sweepstake.
Any attempt by an Entrant to acquire more than one (1) entry during the Promotion Period by using numerous email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entry and that entrant will be disqualified. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited, and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.
Price(s) will be paid out as described on the landing page of our Website or Social Media Accounts. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted. If prize notification or Sweepstakes-related communication is lost, rejected, faulty, or returned as undeliverable, or if a winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) or is disqualified, the Administrator reserves the right to randomly choose an alternate potential winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Winner will be notified by email, phone (sms) or social media within three (3) business days after the Sweepstakes drawing and will be given three (3) business days to confirm receipt of notification. We are not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of Entrants. If a winner cannot be contacted from the information provided, the Administrator reserves the right to select another potential winner at its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities are not liable if email is not responded to within the time allowed or prize notification letter is lost in the mail or returned as undeliverable when delivery is attempted by regular mail. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim the prize in excess of the number of prizes set forth in these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised prize may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for the prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
The Sweepstakes Entities disclaim all liability for the inability of an entrant to complete an online entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond their control, or otherwise. The Sweepstakes Entities disclaim all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission or other delivery method. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for typographical errors, human, mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: any form of active or passive filtering, insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet, or on any website, or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles will be accepted. Entries void if incomplete, defective, altered, forged, illegible, or received outside authorized channels. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries, or any portion thereof) who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sweepstakes Entities will determine winners in an equitable manner as determined by the Sweepstakes Entities in their sole discretion.
If not stated otherwise on our Sweepstakes landing page or the Social Media Account, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted but the administrator from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. For certain contests with multiple correct answer(s), a final winner will be randomly selected from the pool of participants with the correct answer(s).
By participating, Entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Twitter and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, “Released Entities”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE SWEEPSTAKES, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATES WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED ENTITIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED $10. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
